You will be assigned one point of contact who will become an expert on your company culture, business/recruitment model, talent needs and will be a sounding board for you when you want to bounce ideas and strategies around, or if you just want to vent about the day to day nuances.  We are not licensed medical professionals, so any life advice offered should be practiced at your own risk!

Yes, we have an extensive database of talented professionals nation-wide that we nurture and tap into all the time.  Additionally, we partner with a number of professional Recruiters that extend our reach into other networks and sources.  We have access to millions of people... and their contact info!

What resources do you use to source a talent?

We leverage a number of resources and think outside the box as that’s what it takes to uncover the “hidden” talent.  Our arsenal consists of our massive database and network, tech-tools for data mining, mainstream job boards and niche job boards, LinkedIN Recruiter Platform and more…..  We are recruitment technology evangelists and data junkies which gives us the ability to  identify contact information for almost anyone you want to reach.

Do you use our tools or yours?

We ALWAYS use our tools.  We SOMETIMES also use our client’s tools.  You decide, we comply!

How do we keep our in-house recruiters from pinging the same people as SCOUT recruiters?

We work with you as a team, not as competitors with your team.  We can even operate as an extension of your HR/Recruiting Department and reach out to candidates representing your organization masked with your brand.  The Applicant Tracking System could also aide in tagging and tracking candidates to ensure metrics are appropriately tracked.

What is the average rate per hire?

​

This is completely dependent on which model we operate under and is influenced by the “risk-reward” philosophy.  The more skin in the game that our clients put in, will ultimately reduce the total spend for the solution.  If the risk is 100% on us and you don’t want to pay us a dime unless you hire one of our candidates, that is fine but will cost a little more than one of our RPO solutions at the end of the day.  The beautiful thing is, you have complete control over your budget and can scale our support level up or down as your needs fluctuate.
